ALA MOANA PACIFIC CENTER

Ala Moana Pacific Center, an 18-story office tower project situated along the Kapiolani-Ala Moana business district corridor, provides for the growing commercial needs of this area of Honolulu.

The structure features a semi-reflective, solex, blue-green glass exterior, set off by textured concrete spandrels and columns. It contains 204,000 square feet of gross leasable area, with 540 parking stalls, and connects to the adjacent Ala Moana Shopping Center via shuttle elevators and a glass-enclosed escalator.
