Hawaii Kai CORPORATE Plaza

HAWAII KAI CORPORATE PLAZA, situated at the corner of Kalanianaole Highway and Keahole Street, is comprised of a two-story building and a three-story building connected by walkways to form a central courtyard. The 52,000 square foot project was designed as a low-rise commercial complex to blend into the residential character of Hawaii Kai. It contains 47,170 square feet of gross leasable area, all of which afford sweeping ocean, marina, and/or mountain views. The courtyard features lush landscaping and a stream and waterfall incorporating natural Hawaiian rock. Hawaii Kai Corporate Plaza received a City and County of Honolulu Project of the Year Award in 1988.
